Section 2(1)(j) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010

(j)"Employee" means an employee of the Bank as classified under clause (b) and (c) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 3, and includes such employee whose services are lent to other organizations under regulation 75;
