FACTS:
2. The Appellant filed a RTI application to seek information pertaining to encroachments in front of M2K Victoria Garden Project at Azadpur, GT Karnal Road. PIO gave information on 11.08.2015. The FAA directed PIO to give inspection of the records on point No. 2 and 3 of RTI application. The appellant approached this Commission. DECISION:
3. The appellant alleged that M2K Victoria Garden Pvt Housing Society at Azadpur, has encroached upon 55 meter wide road and placed no parking board without authorisation in middle of road. The Commission directs the public authority to inquire into the allegation of encroachment by M2K Victoria Garden Pvt Housing Society at Azadpur, GT Karnal Road, provide opportunity to appellant to present evidence about his allegation, complete the Page 1 demarcation afresh on the PWD Road, mentioned above, decide and inform the appellant, and provide certified copy of building sanction plan of M2K Victoria Garden Pvt Housing Society at Azadpur, GT Karnal Road based on which permission was given to open the gate. Appellant alleged that the Society has opened three gates illegally when only one gate is permitted. The information shall be provided within 21 days from the date of receipt of this order.
