17. Meeting of the Court.
(1)The Court shall, on a date to be fixed by the Chancellor, meet once a year at a meeting to be called the annual meeting of the Court.(2)The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than one-third of the total members of the Court, convene a special meeting of the Court.
