Section 11(1) in The West Bengal National Volunteer Force Act, 1949
(1)A volunteer, when called upon for duty under [sub-section (a1) or] [Words, figures, letter and brackets inserted by W.B. Act 54 of 1950.] sub-section (1) of section 10, shall have the same powers, privileges and protection as a Police Officer appointed under any Act for the time being in force.
