Section 15(11)(b) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961

(b)the Pramukh or [x x x] [Omitted by U.P. Act No. 44 of 2007 (w.e.f. 20.08.2007).], as the case may be, shall cease to hold office as such and vacate the same on and from the date next following that on which the said notice is fixed on the notice board of the office of the Kshettra Panchayat.
