10. Expressions used in rules, bye-laws and orders to have same meaning as in Act under which they are made or issued.
- Where an Act, to which this Chapter applies, confers power to make rules or bye-laws or to issue orders, expressions used in such rules, bye-laws or orders, have the same respective meanings as in the Act conferring the power.
