% 02.11.2020 This petition has been registered on the letter dated 08.10.2020 of the Principal District and Sessions Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi informing that the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), North, Rohini Courts, Delhi in her order dated 05.10.2020 has expressed her inability to proceed with the Suit for personal reasons. It has been further informed that the said District Court has only one Court designated for commercial cases.
In view of the above, the Suit being CS (Comm) No. 285/2020 titled Naresh Gupta v. Ayush Aggarwal is transferred from the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), North, Rohini Courts, Delhi to the Court of the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi, to be listed on 7th December, 2020. As none appears for the parties, notice may be issued to the parties by the Transferee Court.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
