Section 27(4) in The Maharashtra Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(4)The minimum height of the building shall be not less than 3.7 metres and all the walls and roof shall be of suitable heat-resisting materials and shall be water proof. There shall be provision for adequate ventilation. The doors and windows shall be of fire proof construction.
