Section 4(1) in Licensing of Tenements and Sites and Services in Chandigarh Scheme, 1979
(1)The competent authority may prepare a phased plan for clearing the Labour Colonies of all residents according to the anticipated availability of alternative tenements/sites and may implement such plan in accordance with the provisions of this Scheme.
