Section 2(1) in Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation (Amendment) Act, 2022
(1)clause (a) shall be re-lettered as clause (aa) and before clause(aa)as so re-lettered, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—“(a) “acknowledgment certificate” means a certificate issued by the Nodal Agency under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 11A;”;
