(2)An employee who is discharged, dismissed or retrenched may prefer an appeal under Sub-section (2) of Section 31, to the appellate authority specified under Sub-rule (1) within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of the order of such discharge, dismissal or retrenchment:Provided that an appeal may be admitted after the said period of thirty days if the appellant satisfied the appellate authority that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within the said period.
