(5)Each Sectoral Sub-Committee will be concerned, in particular, with;(a)the formulation, review, change and implementation of the sectoral policies for private participation in the infrastructure sector;(b)the conduct of feasibility study and preparation of feasibility report; and(c)formulating the sectoral packages of financial incentives and concessions.
