The Court made the following:


      ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"....to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondent No 3 in taking action against the respondent Nos 4 to 13 pursuant to the complaint dt 1.6.2015 inspite of the repeated visits made by the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary authorities as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct respondent No 3 herein to forthwith act upon the complaint dt 1.6.2015 and to take action in accordance with law and to grant 2 such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case"

2. Heard Sri P. Ravikanth, representing Smt. K. Aruna, learned for the Petitioner on record and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Police did not take any action against the complaint of the Petitioner dated 01.06.2015.

4. During hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that respondent No.3 received the petitioner's complaint through the Inspector of Police, Ongole Rural Circle vide C.No.1/SDPO-O/CI-J/2015 and vide C.No.123/Genl/SDPO-0/15, dated 2.06.2015 of the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Ongole Sub Division for necessary action. On receipt of the same, the respondent Police conducted an enquiry and on enquiry they came to know that the petitioner fabricated false representations and submitting the same to the higher authorities against the respondents and others and hence, the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.06.2015 is referred as 'false' against the respondents and thus, she prays to close the Writ Petition as nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3

5. In view of the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and upon perusing the Counter Affidavits filed by the respondent police, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives in the writ petition for any further adjudication.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is Closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
