1.Vide this award I shall dispose off the reference sent by the Deputy Labour Commissioner (District South), Labour Department, Govt. of the National Capital Territory of Delhi arising between the parties named above to this court vide notification No.F- 24(43)/Lab./SD/2021/8749, dated 11.03.2021 with the following terms of reference:-
"Whether the action of the management of superannuating the workman Sh. Dev Raj Sandhu S/o Sh. Udham Singh, aged - 64 years, Mobile No. 9560591152 w.e.f. 31/10/2019 is illegal and/or unjustified, and if so, to what relief is he entitled and what directions are necessary in this respect?"
2. The workman submits that he has amicably resolved all his disputes with the management for a total sum of Rs. 2,21,980/- (Two Lakh Twenty One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Rupees only) which he has already received by way of cheque from the management which has already been encashed by the workman in his bank account.
3. Separate statement of the workman in the presence of his AR has been recorded.
4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and statement of workman recorded today in the court, this reference is disposed off as settled. Statement of the workman shall form part of the award. Reference is answered accordingly.
5. The attested copy of the award be sent to the Office of the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Government of NCT of Delhi of Distt./Area concerned for publication, as per rules.
File be consigned to Record Room, after due compliance.
