92. Appointment of Registrar, Controller of Examinations and Finance Officer during initial period of two years.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 12, 13 and 14, for a period of two years from the commencement of this Act, the Registrar, the Controller of Examinations and the Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor for the said period, on a salary to be fixed by him and on such other conditions as he thinks fit:Provided that the power under this section shall not be exercised by the Chancellor after nomination of the Syndicate under section 94.
