Commencement. - This Act shall commence and take effect in those districts or subdivisions of district to which the [State Government concerned] shall extend it by an [order] published in the Calcutta Gazette, and thereupon this Act shall commence and take effect in the districts and subdivision of districts named in such order, on the day which shall be in such order provided tor the commencement thereof.
