Order
20/04/2022
In these bail applications, a misc. application has been preferred on behalf of the complainant informant wherein serious aspersions have been made contending that he received a call on 20.03.2022 at 12.30 P.M. from mobile No. 9231573069 and it is stated that the caller was claiming to be brother of the accused Pradeep Mishra as conveyed by him and he wants to meet the first informant. A copy of the same has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. It is asserted that attempts are being made to influence the complainant. In these circumstances, an incisive probe has to be made as to who made the call, therefore, this Court directs the Commissioner of Police, Jaipur to initiate an inquiry and entrust the task to an officer not below the rank of ACP who after inquiry shall submit the report before this Court.
List on 09.05.2022.
A copy of this order be directly sent to the Commissioner of Police, Jaipur through Registrar General, Rajasthan High Court Bench at Jaipur. The accused petitioners would be at liberty to counter the averments made in the FIR.
