Section 70(1) in The M.P. Swayatta Sahakarita Adhiniyam, 1999
(1)Save as provided in this Act, no Civil or Revenue Court shall have any jurisdiction in respect of-(a)the registration or conversion of a Co-operative or of an amendment of a bye-law;(b)any matter concerning the winding up and the dissolution of a Co-operative.
