(c)[ "Gram Panchayat" means a Gram Panchayat constituted under the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973 (West Bengal Act No. 41 of 1973] [Substituted by Notification No. 3071-L.Ref., dated 10.7.2001 with effect from 10.7.2001.]; and
