Section 5(2) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971
(2)Where any land is granted under sub-rule (1) with the sanction of the State Government, the form of sanad to be issued by the Collector in this behalf, regard being had to the nature or purpose for which the land is situated.
