Section 16(1) in Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation Act, 2018
(1)The Government shall, by notification, constitute a State Single Window Monitoring Committee with the Chief Secretary to Government as the Chairman, Secretary, Industries Department as the Member Convener and Secretaries of concerned departments as members.
