ORAL ORDER:
1. It is submitted that the order dated 5th February, 2019 is not yet complied with by the respondent. On 12 th March, 2019, we had directed the respondent to take steps to comply with the order dated 5th February, 2019 within a period of two weeks.
2. Mr. Gatne, the learned Counsel submits that the said order is not yet complied with.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time for filing reply.
