Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite parties three months back but up till now the petitioner has not received even a single paisa and, therefore, he states that there is a clear defiance of the order of this Court.
The Joint Director of Education, IX Division, Faizabad, who has filed affidavit is directed to appear before this Court on 29.01.2010.
