Section 14(10) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(10)The Chairman shall receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month irrespective of the pension and pension equivalent to gratuity that may be admissible to him :Provided that, if the Chairman is not getting any pension he shall be entitled to received a salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month and dearness allowance and other allowance as admissible for Class I State Government Servants of Government of Chhattisgarh, from time to time.
