(v)The GSICC shall pass orders either accepting or rejecting the Inquiry Report of the Internal Sub-committee and thereafter pass consequent orders that may be appropriate and necessary for putting an end to the sexual harassment and take all steps to secure justice to the victim of sexual harassment within forty five working days of the submission of the Inquiry Report of the Internal Sub-Committee, excluding the period of holidays, and/or vacation of the Court:
