(3)"Co-operative Society" means a society registered or deemed to have been registered under the [Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.53, Agriculture & Co-operation (Coop.II) Department, dated 20.05.2016.] (Act 7 of 1964) or the [Telangana Mutually Aided Co-operative Societies Act, 1995] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Agriculture & Co-operation (Coop.II) Department, dated 19.04.2016.] (Act 30 of 1995).
