Section 52(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)The Commission may from time to time direct the licensees and generating companies operating in the State to formulate or adopt such codes as the Commission considers appropriate for the proper, efficient, economical and competitive conduct of the electricity sector and operation of the power systems in the State.
