Section 32(2) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(2)In relation to an employee who officiates in a grade or post, which is not a grade or post of a workmen, this regulation shall also apply so long as such employee officiates in such higher grade or post.
