(3)An elected member of the Zila Parishad empowered to act as a Pramukh under Sub-Section (3) of Section 35 shall exercise powers, function and duties of a Pramukh conferred under Clause (a) and Clauses (c) to (h) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 35, only after seeking prior approval of the Administration and Establishment Committee constituted under Section 57 if the State Government so directs by notification in the official Gazette.][Inserted by Section 30 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act. 2000 published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part IV-A dated 3.5.2000 with effect from 6.1.2000.]
