39. Appeals against the orders of the Commission.
- Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Commission passed under this Act may file an appeal to the High Court on any question of law arising out of such order within sixty days from the date of communication to him of the decision or order of the Commission.Chapter-XII Offences and Penalties
