39. Commission's Power of Superintendence & Control.
- The Commission shall have the general powers of superintendence and control over the Forum and Ombudsman and for this purpose may call for any record from the Forum/Distribution Licensee/Ombudsman and issue appropriate orders/directions thereupon. The Forum/Distribution Licensee/Ombudsman shall duly comply with such directions as the Commission may issue from time to time.
