Section 50(1) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(1)For each Zone there shall be a Wards Committee which shall consist of,(a)all the councillors elected from the wards comprised in that Zone; and(b)the person, if any, nominated by the Administrator under sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3 if his name is registered as an elector within the territorial limits of the Zone concerned.
