Section 6(1) in The Rajasthan Neera (Unfermented Juice of Palms) Rules, 1960
(1)The manufacture of gur or any other article which is not an intoxicant shall be carried on at the place specified in the license (hereinafter called "the place of manufacture") Neera shall be sold at the place mentioned in the license (hereinafter called "the place of sale").
