(b)apply in the case of any wakf the property of which-(i)is being administered by the Treasurer of Charitable Endowments, the Administrator General, or the Official Trustee; or(ii)is being administered either by a receiver appointed by any Court of competent jurisdiction, or under a scheme for the administration of the wakf which has been settled or approved by any Court of competent jurisdiction or by any other authority acting under the provisions of any enactment.
