It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the employees that the similar controversy had travelled to this Court in Civil Appeal No.782 of 2006 and many other civil appeals and this Court has dismissed the appeals. Copies of the said orders be handed over to Ms. Reena Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State of U.P. She shall peruse every memorandum of appeal and the orders passed by this Court and file a chart whether they are covered or not. We expect the learned counsel appearing for the State to make an objective statement, for that will save the time of the Court and it is duty and obligation of a counsel to see that covered matters are not re-argued.
