FACTS

Vide RTI dt 11.11.10, appellant had sought information on fifteen points.

2. CPIO vide letter dt 10.12.10 provided a point wise response.

3. An appeal was filed on 4.1.11.

4. AA vide order dt 17.1.11 responded to the appeal.

5. Not satisfied with the response, he filed the present appeal.

6. The appellant submitted that he has not been provided information sought by him at query no. 1 and 3, wherein the appellant had sought the date on which Dr. Nagsarkar had affixed his signatures. The PIO in response to queries 2 and 4 had mentioned that an official from the Academic Cell had been sent to the residence of Dr. Nagsarkar to obtain his remarks. The PIO is directed to inform the appellant, the dates on which the official from Academic Cell was sent to the residence of Dr. Nagsarkar. DECISION

7. The above information be provided to the appellant within ten days from date of receipt of the order. CPIO is also directed to explain the reason for not attending the hearing of the Commission. His written submission should reach the Commission within two weeks. The appeal is disposed of.
