Section 2(1)(xiii) in Andhra Pradesh Common Entrance Test for entry into Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Medical and Dental Courses Rules, 2004

(xiii)"Qualified Candidate" means the candidate who has appeared for the EAMCET/ EAMCET-AC and has been assigned rank in the common merit list and has the eligibility as per the criteria laid under rule 3.
