(3)If the amount of compensation dies not exceed the amount recoverable from the Asami as specified in sub-section (2), the same shall be deemed to have been satisfied on his ejectment, and the balance shall, subject to the Asami rights to the value of the standing crops and trees be recoverable from him.D.
