10. Procedure to be followed by Commission in discharge of its functions.
(1)The Commission shall have the power to specify, by regulations, the procedure for the discharge of its functions.(2)The Commission shall meet at such time and place as the Chairperson may direct and observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings (including the quorum at its meeting), as it may specify by regulations.
