Section 12(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab Act, 2006
(1)The meeting of the General Council shall be called at least once in a year. An annual meeting of the General Council shall be held on such date, as be fixed by the Executive Council, unless some other date has been fixed by the General Council in respect of any year.
