Section 6(2) in The Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014
(2)The security (not being in the nature of a pledge) for deposits as specified in sub-rule (1) shall be created in favor of a trustee for the depositors on:(a)specific movable property of the company, or(b)specific immovable property of the company wherever situated, or any interest therein.
