HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 07/02/2023 Petitioner by way of instant writ petition claiming to award higher marks challenging the OMR Sheet and Answer Key, for the post of Basic Computer Instructor pursuant to the advertisement dated 01.02.2022.
Since other writ petitions of identical nature are already pending before this Court, let notices be issued to respondents.
In addition, copy of writ petition be served in the Office of Mr. Nalin G. Narain. His name be shown in the cause list.
In the meanwhile, petitioner is permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for document verification and the same would be done by respondents provisionally subject to out come of the writ petition.
