20. Appointment of Polling Agents.
(1)A contesting candidate may appoint in writing to be delivered to the Presiding Officer, one Polling Agent at each Polling Station.(2)No Polling Agent shall be admitted into the Polling Station unless he has been duly appointed under sub-rule (1).
