Section 7(1) in The Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017
(1)The reappointment of terminated agents shall be as per the eligibility conditions approved by the Corporation from time to time:Provided that an agent who has been terminated on account of a vigilance inquiry, disciplinary action, early claim or fraud shall not be considered for reappointment.
