Section 13(4) in The M.P. Ayurvedic, Unani Tatha Prakritik Chikitsa Vyavasayi Rules, 1973
(4)If any objection is made to any voting paper on the ground that it does not comply with the instructions therein or to the rejection by the Returning Officer of a voting paper, it shall be decided at once by Returning Officer whose decision shall be final.
