Section 52 in The Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1962
52. Cancellation of certificate.
(1)The Certificate Officer shall cancel any certificate at the request of the certificate-holder.(2)The Certificate Officer may cancel any certificate filed under Section 5 if the certificate-holder is not reasonably diligent.
