Section 23(5)(b) in Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987

(b)Every offence punishable under this sub-section shall be cognizable offence within the meaning of the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973, (Central Act II of 1974).
