Section 12(3) in Rajasthan Conditions of Detention (Foreigners Act) Order, 1966
(3)No letters, newspapers or other communications shall be transmitted to or from a detenu except through the Superintendent or such Officer, as the Government may, by general or special order, designate in this behalf.
