Section 20 in The Maharashtra Revenue Patels (Abolition of Office) Act, 1962

20. Inquiries and proceedings to be judicial proceedings.

- All inquires and proceedings before the Collector and the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal under this Part shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of sections 193, 219 and 223 of the Indian Penal Code.
