(2)It shall be open to the person holding an authorization issued under this order to relinquish his authorization by giving one month's notice, in writing, to the Controller and then the authorization shall cease to be effective upon receipt of intimation, by such person from the Controller, of the termination of his authorization:Provided that the liability of the person holding the authorization shall not cease until the stock of specified essential commodities and records of authorized documents have been taken from him by the person specified by the Controller.Part-III Authorized Documents
